The Management of the company has developed its Health and Safety Policy based on the safety of its employees and the provision of high quality services.

“SYNELCO TECHNIKI IKE” through the Health and Safety Policy is committed to:

• The full harmonization with the legislation and the rules of Health and Safety of the employees.

• The disposal of all the necessary resources for the prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases.

• Τhe full implementation, control and review of the system of Health and Safety procedures as a whole.

• Τhe full implementation of the Health and Safety system by all the staff of the company and for its activities as a whole.

• The updating and continuous operation of the Health and Safety system in case of any change in internal structure, activity and equipment of facilities.

• Τhe review and analysis of the Health and Safety plan in order to set goals for continuous improvement.

• Τhe constant communication of the staff in matters of Health and Safety.

• The Consultation with employees

• The provision of the required information and training resources of the staff on Health and Safety issues.

The notification of the company Health and Safety rules to all interested parties.

The tool through which the company implements, controls and updates, whenever required, its Health and Safety Policy is the Health and Safety System that it has developed and applies.

The validity and recognition of the Health and Safety System is achieved through its certification by an Independent Certification Carrier according to the international standard ISO 45001/2018. For the implementation of the Health and Safety Policy, “SYNELCO TECHNIKI IKE” considers necessary the active participation of the employees in the compliance, development and documentation of all the procedures provided by the Health and Safety System. All the employees in the company contribute to the effective implementation of the Health and Safety system but also to its improvement.

The Management of the company has developed its Quality Policy based on the design and delivery of high level projects using effective ways of fulfilling the obligations it undertakes towards its customers, so that it is always competitive.

• The delivery of the projects at the desired time and with full coverage of the requirements of its customers.

• Taking the necessary measures to comply with legal requirements related to employee safety and the operation of the company in general.

• The development of conditions of mutual trust and cooperation with its partners / suppliers.

• Τhe disposal of all the necessary resources for the preservation of the integrity of the products owned by the customer.

• The coverage of all matters relating to the privacy of any customer intellectual or commercial property.

• The constant monitoring of the developments of its branch and its participation in them.

• The effective treatment and satisfaction of the existing and foreseen needs of education, training and specialization of the employees in the company.
