SYNELCO TECHNICAL participates in the specialized exhibition DAIRY EXPO 2018.

SYNELCO TECHNICAL, intending to its further promotion in the greek and foreign markets, participates in the specialized exhibition DAIRY EXPO 2018, in the modern exhibition center Metropolitan Expo, in the area of ​​Athens Airport.

At SYNELCO’s stand, high technology machines will be presented for the first time in Greece, which have been studied and manufactured at the company’s workshop in Athens.

In detail at SYNELCO’s stand will be exhibited:

Membrane Filtration Technology Sector

Membran-Tech, super automatic ultrafiltration unit UF, which has applications in the protein standardization – condensation of milk, whey and yogurt for the production of truly Greek strained yoghurt.

Standardization Sector

Standu, automatic unit for the standardization of milk and cream fat. Standu is the necessary machinery for dairy industries.

Specialized Industrial Cooling Sector

The Cooling cell, a fast-cooling chamber of yoghurt cups, and other types of food products, for the normal and fast cooling of a whole pallet with product, contributing to the ultimate standardization and preservation of its qualities. The chamber is manufactured in France by the world’s leading industrial refrigeration company CLAUGER, which we represent exclusively.

Production sector

Moulds for the production of feta or white cheese, for tin or barrel in various dimensions, made of polypropylene in France.

Shelves by special food plastic for the maturing of yellow cheese or other food.

Stainless steel pumps and pneumatic valves of ALFA LAVAL, which we represent in Greece.
