Installation of full automatic yoghurt fast cooling tunnel.

SYNELCO has installed a new yoghurt fast cooling tunnel of different yogurt packages. The line is capable of handling up to 25 pallets (with different products) per operation hour. It is highly functional and offers flexibility in production, as it applies separate cooling program for each different product package.

The line is fully automatic in its operation and the programming as well the manipulations are made by the central PLC of the unit, via an industrial type touch screen. The line is designed and manufactured in accordance with the customer requirements and includes:

• The touch screen for the introduction of the code of the product to be cooled
• The receipt and entry section of the pallet in the unit .
• The receipt of the pallet from the transfer carriage
• The choice of free cooling cell
• The deposition of the pallet and the immediate cooling operation according to the product
• The receipt from the transfer carriage of the ready chilled product
• The export of the pallet to the conveyor of the finished products
